Humangest Spa, agenzia per il lavoro, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel campo della customer experience: ADDETTO/A ASSISTENZA CLIENTI. La persona sarà inserita in affiancamento direttamente con l'assunzione in somministrazione. L'attività riguarda: assistenza clienti, con chiamate inbound nel mercato italiano ed estero. Requisiti:

  • essere inoccupati/disoccupati al fine di poter partecipare al corso di formazione;
  • conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese e/o tedesco, al fine di potersi interfacciare con clienti esteri;
  • gradita, ma non indispensabile, esperienza pregressa in attività a contatto con il cliente;
  • padronanza nell'utilizzo del pc;
  • disponibilità al lavoro part-time su turni dal Lunedì alla Domenica, anche su orari serali.

Contratto part-time, con turni distribuiti 7 giorni su 7, h24. Luogo di lavoro: Palermo, in presenza presso la sede aziendale.
